		<description>Interesting sidenote about Arthur St. Clair: he was President of the Congress of the Confederation in 1787, when the Constitution was written. I wonder how different the country would be if he were the first President of the U.S. and Washington was the one who went to fight the Battle of the Wabash. Hmmmmm...</description>
