Ten Things I Hate about Nintendo
Posted by Jason Morgan under Entertainment, Gaming, Humor
- I hate that your consoles and games become cooler as they get older.
- I hate how you have developed awesome little franchise characters that I will purchase your system for regardless of whether I want to or not.
- I hate your inability to deliver a game on time.
- I hate how you can’t forecast demand for your products.
- I hate how you are the video game king of the re-release.
- I hate how Mario games get further and further from the spirit which made him famous.
- I hate how I can no longer sit on my butt and vegetate when I play your new console.
- I hate that I can only play some of your sweetest games on a screen no bigger than 3 inches across, probably smaller.
- I hate the lack of synergy between you and Apple.
- I hate that you delayed Twilight Princess so long that you decided to make it only worth playing on a system it is impossible to find in the stores because of # 4 above.

Nintendo and Apple are awesome and could both benefit from each other.

12. I hate how you use friend codes instead of Gamertags. Your poor excuse for this is to keep children safe. Seriously, I’m sure “Stranger Danger” knows of easier ways to meet kids.
13. I hate how you don’t have voice communication, not even between friends. Why even bother putting in multiplayer functionality if you can’t talk trash with your friends?

I agree with “Spartan Lonewolf.” I keep my phone on speakerphone just so I can trash talk to one of my friends while playing Brawl.

6417. I hate that playing the games for the Wii makes me look like an idiot.
6418. I hate that no matter how much of an idiot I look like while playing them, the games are fun.

I hate how addicting Contra is for the DS…and I hate how all the progress I make just keeps unlocking past versions of Contra, thus sucking me into the game for longer and longer periods of time til I lose all motivation to do anything else.

I hate that you don’t have any FPS’s worth playing other than res. evil 4.

That’s another good point. Not fulfilling the role of FPS, but Metroid is a good First Person Adventure game, from what I am told.

Aye, I will second the notion that Metroid Corruption is a great finale to the series. But again, I don’t think the Metroid satisfies the needs of run and gun gamers.
